# Increased normal derate from .625 to .84 based on delta between rated performance at 2050 engine RPM and observed and the observed current increase at this point from .46 to .625.  Targeting 2050 engine RPM as this reflects 10th gear at 70 mph.  Will need to pay attention to thermal in testing, especially high idle around 2000 RPM.
